This 7 bedroom, all ensuite, air conditioned villa, sleeping up to 16 people, has a sophisticated style and beauty that complements its amazing view of the relaxing calmness of Kalkan Bay.

The emphasis of this Villa is relaxation and enjoyment – enjoyment as friends or families and the focus of entertainment here will spoil you for choice: as there is a gym, cinema room, pool table with seated area - and even a drinks bar! If that isn’t enough, there is also an indoor heated pool - ideal for those Spring or Winter months!

Why not enjoy breakfast on the terrace whilst watching the boats sail out from the Harbour on their morning ventures, then capture the twinkling lights of the town pre-dinner? It’s a beautiful setting and one that’s waiting for you to experience.

Villa Eternity hosts lots of sunbathing and relaxing areas on its large sun terrace, where you will find a 16m x 5m infinity pool which can be heated at an extra cost (main pool depth 1.75m) plus a jacuzzi (depth 1.0m) – the pool also houses a section for sunloungers where you can sunbathe whilst also keeping cool in the water (0.22m depth) An outdoor shower is also provided. This same terrace also offers seating areas on which to relax and unwind, or to get together for a cocktail or two. A dining table seating 16 people is also provided here, along with a BBQ for entertaining either by yourselves or by being looked after by our private chef for a breakfast, lunch or dinner (charges apply for chef booking). Need a break from too much relaxing - then there is table tennis to inspire some friendly competition within your group! Our terrace area also has a speaker system that can be linked to Bluetooth so you can enjoy your Music.

The terrace leads into the open plan living/kitchen area of 105 sq m, which also has a TV with international news programmes. The kitchen has a range of mainly Bosch appliances and has the facility of 2 Ovens, microwave, dishwasher and a 5 burner gas hob. A filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine is available - please feel welcome to bring your own Nespresso pods or they be ordered with our Management Team during your stay. There is a cloakroom and utility room on this floor and the Villa also has complimentary Wifi. A water chiller is provided for those cooling drinks by the pool area and a daily bread delivery service can be preordered for our guests.

The bedrooms are all ensuite and most have amazing views of Kalkan Bay. In the penthouse bedroom you will be spoiled by its own private outdoor jacuzzi (can be heated at an extra cost) and sunbathing area.

The basement bedroom where the indoor pool & Cinema Room is has 4 single beds - ideal for teenagers!

Two of the bedrooms are accessed externally from the main part of the Villa, down 2 flights of steps. They have a shared garden area with hammock and large parasol. These bedrooms also have kettle and tea/coffee facilities and a mini fridge. Due to their location they are not suitable for children but are more suited to adult guests.

You can also combine Villa Eternity with our other Villa (Villa Destiny) dependent on availability. Villa Destiny is 4 bedroom and can sleep up to 10 people and is situated immediately behind Villa Eternity on the same street. This is an ideal combination for large groups or wedding guests.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels, tea towels, pool towels, bed linen all provided. Cleaning and linen changes are arranged on a weekly basis, therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and towel change is carried out on each week along with a clean on your 7th day with towel and also bedlinen change. If staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and towel change will be carried out , however, extra cleaning can be arranged for a small additional fee. Please ask for details

Location

In the Ortaalan area but only 15 minutes walk into Kalkan town centre. Local restaurants are approx 6 minutes walk.

All rooms are air conditioned with hot and cold temperature control. No smoking inside the villa. Due to the infinity pool (1.75m depth, no shallow end) and jacuzzi we advise that children are supervised at all times when in and around pool/jacuzzi area and around terraces and railings by a responsible adult.

No inflatables in pool due to infinity edge.

Outdoor lighting is supplied around the villa and at the front of the property. There is an external CCTV system and house alarm.

By booking direct with us you can take advantage of the many additional services that we can arrange for your group such as a Private Chef, or a private hire of one of the Turkish boats which is a lovely day out sunbathing and swimming and snorkelling - lunch included. We can even organise a DJ and Cocktail Bartender for your group.

 Review of a stay in May 2022: The level of Service you provided was exceptional, you made the process stress free yet very attentive and easy to approach. The Villa was such a good space for us all, the views are stunning, rooms very spacious and well presented. Julie put us in contact with the local grocery store via WhatsApp - they where fantastic delivering all the essentials within no time, we used them for the 2 weeks that we where there which made life so easy. We very much enjoyed our visit to Turkey, the people where friendly, food was great as was the location. We made some very special memories we will all cherish.

 Our family had a completely wonderful holiday at Villa Eternity over half term. Every need had been considered and whereby other villas state that they sleep 16, there is a dining table for 8 or only 6 sun loungers etc. Villa Eternity completely accommodates 16 people! The bedrooms are beautiful, all with en-suite bathrooms with an extra one off the lower ground floor gym/bar/tv room/indoor pool area plus one on the ground floor too. There are comfortable seats everywhere and plenty of room to spread out. The infinity pool was kept spotless and to be swimming in it with the spectacular view over the Kalkan bay is a dream! We fully appreciated the information booklet and used the recommended restaurants most evenings, all of which were fabulous! The local market was a boon for our youngsters to buy trainers and “branded” goods and very interesting to wander round. We felt guilty not knowing much Turkish but the locals could not have been friendlier or more welcoming, putting us to shame with their excellent English. The villa management rep was excellent too, making sure we had everything we needed and answering all our questions. Just a wonderful place to spend a holiday!
