Property Details

Dalora is a luxury, 3-bedroom duplex apartment, which was new for 2017.

There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, all with en-suites and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen and utility including a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday including microwave, toaster and Nescafe gusto coffee machine. One of the double bedrooms is on this floor and has large patio doors that open on to a large terrace by the private infinity pool. The lounge consists of comfortable seating and TV which includes a full UK sky TV/ music package together with free Wi-fi. Again there are large patio doors, full width of the lounge opening on to the large pool terrace, which includes a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Dalora has a large infinity pool with plenty of space for 6 sunbeds, parasols and bean bags followed by a further terrace with an outside shower and yet more seating area and garden for guests to enjoy the sea or mountain view or the beautiful sunsets in the evening.

On the upper floor is the second double master bedroom which has a balcony, perfect for sitting and enjoying the sea/town views. The twin room is also on this floor and benefits from patio doors opening on to an extensive wraparound terrace with superb sea and mountain views. Hair dryers are supplied in each bedroom, together with linens and beach towels. A number of travel plugs have been provided for convenience but we recommend bringing one or two of your own.

The whole apartment is simply but tastefully decorated. It is situated close to the petrol station, perfect if you have hired a car although it is not necessary and also close to the bus station. Dalora is in a quiet residential area allowing for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle but also benefits from being close to several supermarkets and is only a 10 minute walk in to the old town, passing many cafes, restaurants and bars and a further 5 minutes to the beautiful marina again with its plethora of bars, shops and restaurants.

 Third Year in Paradise!! This was our third year at Dalora, and we wanted to share the luxury and ideal location with our family. We selected the later period of the year to be able to enjoy the town for its quiet streets and fantastic restaurants with superb steaks and grills. Every bar in Kalkan has speciality drinks that you enjoy after lazing around your own superb pool at Dalora. The apartment has everything you need - including washing machine - so don’t over-pack (I always do! - and end up having to carry it all!).

 Amazing Villa, Amazing Place Beautiful villa situated above the vibrant Kalkan area with tonnes of restaurants and bars just a 5/10 minute walk away. The villa itself has all of the modern amenities you could want with a clean finish making it feel just like a home away from home. Lovely outdoor space, broken down into 3 sections with a simple change in level between each part. The pool is crystal clear and cool for a refreshing swim, or if soaking up the sun is your idea of relaxation then the sun loungers and beanbags are ideal for this. The view from the garden is stunning in the mornings and the evenings alike, with the sun shimmering off the bright blue sea during the day and the lights of the restaurants and bars illuminating the main walkways of Kalkan during the evenings. The bedrooms are light and spacious with more than adequate storage for your belongings; then add the en suite facilities and balconies to these brilliant living spaces and you’ll find yourself almost never wanting to leave your room! The kitchen area is well equipped with all you could need to provide for yourself during your time away, if you don’t fancy heading out to one of the amazing eateries located nearby (or if you don’t fancy ordering food in, which we did and were very impressed with). All in all, Dalora is an amazing stay, regardless of whatever your plans are for your time in Kalkan and you’ll find yourself in a hurry to book there again before next years dates are taken!
