This spacious villa is surrounded by a large private garden containing the private pool, adjacent jacuzzi and five terraces; the garden terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while you can enjoy the sun on the pool terrace... take advantage of the shade on the vine terrace... relax under the shade sail on the rear terrace or play table tennis on the back terrace, all surrounded by bouganvillea, hibiscus, jasmine and many other exotic plants. There are also lemon trees, bananas, figs, grapes, mulberries, pomegranates and olives in the garden.
However... it is the location that makes Kulenin Evi extra special! There are few holiday villas to rent in Kalkan Old Town (the majority are in the hills surrounding Kalkan) but Kulenin Evi is wonderfully positioned, just 200 yards from the beach and 2 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants... enabling you to fully enjoy the amenities and atmosphere of Kalkan Old Town. You can pop out for your fresh bread before breakfast, stroll to the cafe for an afternoon ice cream and wander round the shops after dinner on the roof terrace, all without having to take a taxi!
The private swimming pool, 32 sq.m, is set in the unusually large garden which has five separate terraces accommodating eight sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs and sofas to enjoy. The 4 sq.m. jacuzzi - next to the pool - with 13 hydro air jets, is a touch of luxury to enjoy. In the evening you can retire to the sixth terrace on the roof with a glass of wine and, surrounded by that bouganvillea, you can enjoy the truly amazing views.
On the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned double bedroom with a super-king sized bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room.
The spacious, air conditioned sitting room, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay, is on the first floor. The sitting room has seating for nine with armchairs and sofas. There are DVD and CD players provided with a range of DVDs/CDs, bring your own if you want to. There is an iphone/ipod docking station, bluetooth speaker and Apple TV plus some games and a library of over 100 books. The fully equipped separate kitchen is also on the first floor and includes a gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, freezer and a chilled/hot water dispenser. There is a dining area and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool with steps down to the patio where there is an additional eating area, ideal for lunch time.
The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom again with a superking sized bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower and two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds, ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden, pool and the sea.
The laundry area is on the third floor with a washing machine, sink, clothes drier, iron and ironing board and an additional fridge to keep your food and drinks cold when sitting on the roof terrace. You might like to try a BBQ on the third floor roof terrace where dining is magical as the sun sets and the stars come out over Kalkan harbour, the Taurus Mountains and Kalkan town.
The layout of the villa is ideal for two families or, indeed, for separating the adults and teenagers!
The normal occupancy of the villa is eight people. An additional ninth person can be accommodated in the ground floor double bedroom on a good quality fold up bed. Travel cots and other nursery equipment rental can be arranged as required, costs to be paid locally to the supplier. Maximum occupancy is 9 adults/children

Deposit: A refundable deposit of £250 cash to cover any damage, breakage or other loss is required. This is payable on arrival in Kalkan to our agent and will be repaid in sterling less any necessary deductions within seven days of departure after the property has been checked.
Cancellation: If you wish to change the date of your booking once confirmed we will endeavour to accommodate you but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. If you should have to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible. To cover our loss caused by cancellation as we may be unable to re-let the time booked we must make a charge which is payable by you. The following is the scale of charges: More than 56 days before departure - £200 pw 43 - 55 days before departure 45% of booking cost 29 - 42 days befor departure 60% of booking cost 15 - 28 days before departure 75% of booking cost 14 days or less before departure 90% of booking cost
Additional Notes: A reservation deposit of £200 per week booked is payable on booking and that amount should be forwarded to us by bank transfer preferably or by cheque. Full payment is due 56 days before departure. Arrival and Departure times: The villa will be available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by noon on the day of your departure to allow for cleaning. It is sometimes possible to be flexible on these times depending on the times of arrival/departure of other guests, please check with us when booking flight times.* All rates are indicative and can be subject to currency fluctuations and party size. We commit that all rates when quoted in base currency will be within a 10% tolerance of those displayed.
