Apartment Fabio is a beautiful duplex, very spacious 3 bed, 3 bathroom apartment with fantastic facilities, in a great location just a short stroll from the Old Town and very close to local amenities.
Based in a small block of just 5 apartments it boasts its own pool (8x4m) and has partial sea views.
The ground floor comprises an open plan living space, with comfortable seating, a television and a DVD player in the lounge area, and a dining space with table and chairs seating 6.
The kitchen contains a cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Large patio doors lead onto a spacious terrace area encompassing a large private pool of 8.3m x 4.2m (the average size of most villa swimming pools) and 6 sun loungers. A table and 6 chairs on the terrace create the perfect space for al-fresco dining.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom comprises a king-size bed and an en suite shower room. There is a double bed and en suite shower room in the second bedroom, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Adjacent to the third bedroom is a separate shower room. A washing machine is also located on this level. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and patio doors which open onto a secluded, second terrace and garden area.
This contemporary, airy and spacious property is villa-sized accommodation with an apartment price.
The apartment comes well equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, free wifi, TVs, DVD player, Bluetooth speakers and hairdryers.
It has 2 separate outside areas; a very spacious pool side terrace with private pool and comfortable loungers and a lovely courtyard area downstairs which leads off all bedrooms via large patio doors. The poolside terrace also offers an attractive pergola with comfortable rattan seating and a dining table for poolside dining.
The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and the second bedroom has a kingsize; both these bedrooms have ensuites. The third bedroom has twin beds and has the use of the main bathroom, so in effect all bedrooms have their own bathroom.
For your convenience, a basic welcome pack will be provided for your arrival. This will consist of water, milk, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, biscuits, crisps, a few tea bags and sachets of coffee just to help you through the first few hours until you can get to the supermarket! Our maintenance manager will come to visit you shortly after your arrival (the next morning if you arrive late), to introduce herself and let you know where everything is and how everything works. There will also be a clean and towel/linen change mid-week.
Both bath and pool towels are provided for your convenience.
