Property Details

Three bedroom stone villa with a private pool (6.5mx4.5m).
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with rain showers.
Villa is fully air conditioned.
Well equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and rain shower.
Access to pool terrace.

For your convenience we provide a small welcome pack with bread milk water and eggs.
Also some tea bags and a small instant coffee.
Dishwasher tablets, to get you started.
Washing up liquid.
toiler rolls etc.

The Villa has a nesspresso machine and a cafetière ( please bring pods or your favourite coffee with you)!

If you require a bigger shop, let us know and our manager can get shopping in for your arrival at the villa.

Outside Yaz Evi has a private, secluded pool area with a large terrace; screened with a beautiful old stone wall.
Geraniums, and lavender add colour to the seating areas.

The terrace is furnished with 2 outdoor sofas.
There is a shaded terrace/ eating area with a table and six chairs, for alfresco dining.
We provide a gas BBQ or traditional stone BBQ with a second area for dining, close to the BBQs.

By day, the pool area is great for swimming and sunbathing in the hot Turkish sun.
We have beautiful views of the bay to the front and mountain views to the rear of the Villa.

. It's just 0.7km walk into town. Less than 15 minutes pleasant walk to the picturesque village with its roof terrace restaurants, shops, beach and harbour.
The food served in Kalkan restaurants, is of a very high standard. The restaurants cater for all palates and budgets.
There are some exceptional fine dining restaurants, but also small family run restaurants serving delicious, fresh Turkish specialties.
Meander through the cobbled streets of the old town and take your pick. You won’t be disappointed.

Yaz Evi is perfect for whatever type of holiday you want.

Kalkan Town is picturesque harbour town with pretty streets and little shops.

Thursday is Market day. Grab yourself bargains.
Beautiful fresh fruit and veg, bread and cheeses, are available.
Why not buy the fresh produce and make a gorgeous lunch for you and your group, at the Villa, using the fabulous freshly bought ingredients.
Relax and eat around the pool.
Or you could call one of the local restaurants and have them deliver lunch to you.

If you're feeling active why not have a game of table tennis on the side patio?

Sit in a shaded spot on the terrace, or try my favourite spot, on the pool steps and relax with a good book.

 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fabulous villa, highly recommended We have just returned from a fabulous fortnight in beautiful Kalkan staying at Villa Yaz Evi. The villa itself is in a great location, just above the D500, offering wonderful views of the town. The pool area offers both sunny and shady areas and the villa kitchen is better equipped than most we have stayed in previously. Also spotlessly clean everywhere. All bedrooms are ensuite with balconies and plenty of storage. Finally, communication from Heather, the owner, could not have been any better from initial enquiry through to travel.
