Villa Amelia is a newly refurbished traditional style villa on the popular Lykia Estate development, a peaceful location within minutes walk of the village centre. The villa is situated on a private estate set in beautifully maintained gardens full of mature exotic plants. There is no need for a car as restaurants, shops and beach clubs are a short walk away.

The villa is fully air conditioned through out with supplementary ceiling fans for comfort. The pool terrace, front terrace and roof terrace provide ample space for eating and entertaining.

A particular feature of the villa is the heated pool, allowing swimming in all seasons. The pool has a jet stream which allows fitness training and fun for children of all ages. The pool is also illuminated at night.

There is only one villa in front of Villa Amelia, allowing for stunning views from the roof terrace over the harbour, Kalkan bay and the Taurus mountains. The roof terrace has recently had a kitchen added together with a shaded dining area and automatic awning which is activated by high temperatures to allow use of this stunning space all day long. This new addition makes it perfect for inter-generational sharing: adults downstairs and teenagers upstairs!

The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard including flat screen TV, satellite, internet, water cooler. Parking is available. The Villa is managed by a very efficient team. There will be a welcome pack on your arrival and all linen and towels are provided. The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens are watered daily.

There is also a large communal pool, which residents of the Lykia estate may use. Guests are given one free day pass to use the pool and the facilities. After this they may continue using it for a small nominal daily charge.

 Had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa in October. It's easily the nicest Kalkan villa we've stayed in - and believe me, we've stayed in a few! Immaculately decorated in extremely good taste and in a terrific position just off the "Kalamar Road' at the town end, so it's easy to walk anywhere. Don't be put off by the rates if you're a couple like us - Cecilia, the owner, does extremely good deals out of peak season and if there's just two of you. Do stay here. Trust us as Kalkan regular renters - you won't be disappointed.

 A fabulous holiday in a fabulous villa with lovely pool (either for relaxing in or if you're inclined to swim against the jets of water). Had never been to Kalkan before - what a great place. Can't wait to go back.
