The sea views to both sides are absolutely spectacular -and the apartment is also framed by the mountains behind. It has 2 bedrooms: a master en-suite and a twin room with extra pop up bed.

The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards with marble flooring, air conditioning and mosquito screens fitted throughout. Spectacular sea views of both Kalamar and Kalkan Bay can be enjoyed from both your own private large terrace and the swimming pool, as well as the lounge and master bedroom.. You will enjoy umbrellas and sun loungers/deckchairs for your private use. Chill out from the moment you arrive! Open the door to your own large private balcony and take in the breathtaking sea views.

Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, extensive range of utensils, wrought iron and marble topped breakfast table. Satellite TV and our own private WiFi, with best speeds we can get in Kalkan.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom. King size bed, fabulous bay views, ensuite with shower, wardrobe and vanity unit, air conditioning, mosquito screens and hairdryer.
Twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table and vanity unit, air conditioning and mosquito screens. Comfy folding single bed to sleep 5 if needs be.

Bathrooms:
Main bathroom fully tiled with large shower cubicle and WC.
Notes:

This lovely apartment is also the holiday home for the owner's family, so it is much cherished!
Marble flooring and air conditioning means it is very cool.
Mosquito screens are fitted to windows and balcony door.
The apartment sleeps 5 and can accommodate up to 6 guests (if 6th sleeps on sofa) with plenty of room for a cot.
The apartment is non-smoking in all areas.
Given its elevated position and steps it is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
A welcome pack is provided for guests. Large rear patio for storage and beach gear.
Landscaped gardens and private parking.
Sole use of sun loungers and umbrella for 'Lebi Derya' guests.
Guests may also use the facilities of the nearby Likya hotel -for dining, Turkish Baths etc.
Coast/Beach:

Kalkan has a pebble beach close to the picturesque harbour, approx. 10-15 mins walk. Kaputas beach is gorgeous and only 5 mins bus or a cheap taxi ride away. Patara beach, home to breeding turtles, and a Times "Top 10" recommended beach is just 30 mins drive away. There are several beach clubs and watersports facilities nearby and lots of beauty spots and cultural sites of interest to explore: the Lycian Way, Saklikent, Kekova Sunken City and many more.

Travel:

Approx 90 minutes from Dalaman airport and 3 hours from Antalya. Transfers and car hire can be arranged if required. Many organised tours and boat trips on a picturesque gulet (local wooden yacht) all available locally.

Distances:

1 km from Kalkan village. Mountain villages - cool mountain air, with local fresh trout restaurants - approx 8 km away. Many beauty spots and places of interest within an hour's drive.

Location

On the Kalamar Road out of Kalkan, just a 10-15 minute stroll into town. So it’s a very peaceful location but you also have restaurants, bars, hotels and spas/ Turkish baths just 3-4 minutes walk away.
